Italeri introdurrà a breve sul mercato il primo dei quattro mezzi militari in scala 1/56 (il celebre Sherman M4 delle forze armate americane) caratterizzato da un elevato livello qualitativo e di cura dei dettagli. La nuova linea di mezzi militari realizzata da Italeri, con stampi completamente nuovi, si inserisce all'interno di un progetto di collaborazione con Warlord Games, il famoso produttori di figurini in 28 mm. dedicati al mondo dei Wargames.  Italeri distribuirà inoltre 4 "figureset" che andranno a completare la gamma dei mezzi militari. The first two 1:56 scale vehicles to be made available in plastic between the two companies will be the classic M4 Sherman medium tank and the deadly Panther Ausf. A, with many more already in the pipeline."
