Description

The Bugatti Royal Type 41 Coupè Napoleon was the prototype of the Bugatti 41 series and had the Chassis Number 41100. It had various bodies until Jean Bugatti designed a beautiful body which was called Napoleon 41. This car belonged to the Bugatti family for many years until the Molsheim factory was taken over by Hispano-Suiza. The original, from which this model, was copied, can still be found in the Schlumpf-Museum. The car had a 8-cylinder 12.4 l engine and weighed no less than 2500 kg. Maximum speed was a stunning 160 km/h. Its fuel consumption was 50 l for 100 km.
