Description
This small anti-tank weapon was produced for the hull of the light tank Panzer I, proven to be an inadequate front-line armoured vehicle, in providing a certain defence against enemy tanks. A 4.7 cm canon was mounted on the hull, appropriately modified, which at least at the beginning of the conflict, had a certain success against allied tanks. The PzJg I was used on the eastern front and in southern Africa.
