Description
The medium tank Leopard 1 was developed by the German industry during the sixties for the Bundeswehr to offset the new and numerous Soviet tanks during the cold war years. Thanks to its high quality of protection, mobility and mechanical reliability, the Leopard became standard issue of the German, Belgian, Dutch, Norvegian and Italian Forces.
